Vendor Opportunities:

We welcome local vendors, especially vendors who have services to offer the families and residents of the Deer River area, the opportunity to be present and provide information about your programs and initiatives to our attendees.

We ask that you provide an interactive activity to engage with event go-ers and do not solicit sales.  We reserve the right to deny any vendor presence at the event if their booth does not align with the goals/purpose of the event.

Donor Opportunities:

As with much of our work, donors are at the heart of what we do.  We welcome donations in the form of gift items for drawings for attendees, in-kind donations to help off-set the cost of facilitating the event (bottled water, snacks, printing costs, port-a-potties, tables/chairs/tents, etc), or financial support to pay for needed event elements.

Volunteer Opportunities:

There are many aspects of this event that could not be a success without the assistance of volunteers.  We need help with registration, parking, manning booths, runners, etc.  Part of the purpose of this event is that, through sponsorships, we will be able to make a donation to organizations, civic or youth groups who coordinate volunteers and help us with this event.

Sponsorship opportunities:

$5000 – Elite:  Name and logo recognition in all marketing, letters, social media, event posters, and ads; opportunity to speak live on the radio the day-of the event; and a banner hanging at event.

$2500 – Platinum:  Name and logo recognition in all marketing, letters, social media, event posters, and ads, and opportunity to speak live on the radio the day-of the event.
