Join us for our 10th Gala with a formal evening of socializing, fine dining, live music and fun in support of Forward Health Foundation’s mission: working to build a healthy and vibrant community together.

• The evening will begin at 4:30 pm with a social hour, hors d’oeuvres, and unique opportunities to partner in our mission.
• A plated dinner by Timberlake will be served at 6:00 pm with your choice of prime rib, walleye a-la-ritz, vegan penne pasta, or a gluten-free prime rib.
• Live auction fun will begin around 7:00 pm with items and experiences up for bid!
• Live music from 8:00 – 10:00 pm
