Gather your team of four and join Forward Health Foundation and Blueberry Hills Golf Course on Saturday, August 12, starting at 4:00 pm for a 9-hole golf tournament in support of the Jim Tarbell Cancer Care Fund.
- First place prize is a fall weekend “stay-cation” in our beautiful northwoods, donated by Lakewood Lodge on Sand Lake.
- Second place prize is a full-day pontoon rental, donated by Loon’s Landing Resort on Jessie Lake.
- All registered teams will be entered into drawings for additional prize(s).
- There will be food trucks on site during and after the event.
Honor your loved ones: In lieu of requested event corporate sponsorships, community members have the opportunity to purchase signs to be placed at tee boxes in honor, or in memory of loved ones who have battled cancer. Anyone who wishes to acknowledge or recognize loved ones while supporting our local cancer care fund can participate by making a suggested donation of $50 (min) per tribute by July 28.
